Have a MASTER REVERB/DELAY Mute switch on MAIN SCREEN
Added in Master Fader 2.0
Not quite as convenient as a button up top - but a step in the right direction. Behringer hasn't gotten this "right" yet either - their mute groups are only available on the main fader pages so if you're down in an EQ or Comp page they're no easier to get to that the DL1608's QAP. But remember, the UI with the least button pushes to access features will win out IMO ;-) .
This function, plus adding the Tap Delay button in lieu of the dynamics display on the delay channel, are the two features I'd like to see happen soonest (because they should be easy to implement, test and deliver. No changes to DSP or audio routing are required, both changes are GUI only).
Aside from these, the single biggest change I'd like to see is decoupling the channel processing from Aux sends by adding granular pre/post routing options. A routing matrix page would be nice to have if granular pre/post was implemented....but I'm guessing that design idea conflicts with the "minimal pages" philosophy which resulted in the use of different colors etc.
It is not known at all that reverb is applied etc.
This is very important.

Could fx be muted by a Bluetooth foot switch?
A "rude FX" indicator/clear button right above the "rude solo" indicator/clear button that worked similarly would be fine :). I don't mind having to swipe back to the present mute buttons to enable an FX - just being able to quickly mute them both would make me happy enough. But it would be nicer if another press enabled only the FX(s) that had been on.
this could help
Please have a look at my thread CUSTOM ASSIGNABLE BUTTON under MAIN Slider.
This would make an ideal location for this request.
Better still, give us a tap 3 fingers or 4 fingers assignable toggle function and add some options on what can be done with that. Eg. Fx on/off. Tap tempo, etc...
Sure it's always there on the far left but when you're on channel 1-8 you don't always want to swipe after every song to turn it off everytime you want to speak.
Having a steady locked dedicated fx bypass above master would be ideal...
I'd prefer to have a separate button that's always visable, maybe on the top bar?
It's already there - there is a Mute button for the Reverb and the Delay returns (just to the left of the iPad channel.
And if you have 2 iPads you can display those channels (Reverb, Delay, iPad) on one iPad and the low number channels on the other iPad :-).
